We received a very warm welcome from Fred. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and an added bonus was the welcome tray. There was an enclosed garden for our dog and the hotel was very pet friendly. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was 5 minutes walk from a shopping centre, with plenty of food options. We would recommend this hotel.

It is in a quiet location south of the City - convenient to get onto the Paris MW north. Nice garden for the dog to stretch her legs and dog friendly. Staff were all lovely and went the extra mile. If you want the centre, very convenient for the tram stop. Evening meal was fair. Decent parking. Rooms not fancy but perfectly OK

Clean and comfortable room, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is well situated, very close to tram stop which takes you into the centre of Tours in 15 minutes with minimal stress. We will use this hotel for future visits to Tours.

The location is excellent. The tram on the corner takes you into town in 10 minutes. Great parking, the staff were extremely professional and friendly

We especially liked the location, and the fact that it had a garden and a swimming pool. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful, and patient with our attempts at speaking French! There was plenty of choice with the breakfast.

Good location good value for money, staff extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable, shower good and the towels were a good size. Had car parking.

Big Thank You to the Super Nice Staff!!! Liked a lot also the Big garden for our little dog! She loved to run around there after rabbit smell! ;)
